Warranty Information

At Payless Parts, we guarantee that all our parts are 100% genuine and in factory condition.
We take great care to ensure the authenticity and quality of every product we supply.


1. Warranty Duration & Coverage
– All parts are sold as-is, with a guarantee of authenticity and factory condition.
– This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, improper installation,
misuse, or modifications.
– Electrical and electronic parts are not covered under warranty due to their
sensitive nature.
– If a manufacturer defect is identified, we will assist in facilitating a claim with the
manufacturer if applicable.


2. Shipping Damage & Claims
– If a part is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 24 hours of
receiving the item.
– Customers must provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged part for the
claim process.
– Compensation for shipping-related damages will be settled directly through the
courier and insurance providers, not by Payless Parts.
– Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

 

3. Part Number Responsibility
– Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the part numbers match their
requirements.
– Even if we assist in determining the correct part numbers using part catalogues,
customers must provide accurate reference information and identification
numbers for their vehicle or machine.
– Once a part is agreed upon and paid for, we hold no liability if it is incorrect.
– However, we will assist to the best of our ability, including cross-referencing part
numbers with our contacts at local dealerships.

 

4. Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted if:
– The wrong part was sent due to an error on our side.
– The part is defective and qualifies for a manufacturer claim.
Returns are NOT accepted if:
– The customer ordered the wrong part.
– The part has been installed, used, or modified.
– The part is an electrical or electronic component.
– If a return is approved, customers may receive a replacement, store credit, or a
refund, at our discretion.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.


5. Claim Process & Documentation
Customers must submit warranty or shipping claims via paylessparts@gmail.com within the
required timeframe.
Claims must include:
– Order details and proof of purchase.
– Photos of the part (including packaging if shipping damage is claimed).
– A detailed explanation of the issue.
– Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to [timeframe, e.g.,
7–14 days] to process.

 

6. Liability Limitation
Payless Parts is not liable for:
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., labor costs, downtime, or
financial losses).
– Any damage caused by incorrect installation or use.
– Any incorrect orders made by the customer, even if assistance was provided in
identifying the part number.
