and machinery, with a focus on Japanese makes and builds but are also happy to search for
parts outside the Japanese market.


2. Where do your parts come from?
Our parts are primarily sourced from Japan, UAE, and other international suppliers. We
ensure all products are authentic and factory-condition before shipping.


3. Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate as an online business to keep costs low and pass on savings to our
customers. However, we provide fast and reliable shipping options.


4. Do you sell used or aftermarket parts?
Yes. We can also source used parts as an alternative, incase new parts are unavailable.

5. Which countries do you ship to?
We primarily serve Fiji but also cater to neighboring South Pacific countries, including the
Cook Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Independent State of Papua New
Guinea, the Independent State of Samoa, the Kingdom of Tonga, Niue, the Republic of Fiji,
the Republic of Kiribati, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Republic of Nauru, the
Republic of Palau, the Republic of Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands, and Tuvalu.


6. How long does shipping take?
For orders to Fiji, shipping typically takes 2–3 weeks. From the factory outlet to the supplier
warehouse takes 3-5 working days. Express shipping to Fiji takes 5-10 working days.
Customs clearance takes 1-3 days. Local dispatch takes 1-5 working days. and finally to the
customer. However, unforeseen circumstances like holiday seasons or weather-related
delays may extend delivery times.


7. Can you ship directly to other Pacific islands?

Yes! If you are outside Fiji, we can arrange shipping. Contact us for a custom shipping quote.


8. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the part’s size, weight, and destination. Contact us for an estimate
before placing an order.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with major updates.

Yes, orders must be paid in full before processing, as we source parts specifically for each
customer.
Part Compatibility & Returns


13. How do I ensure I order the correct part?
Customers must provide accurate part numbers, vehicle identification numbers (VIN), or
machine reference details. We can assist in cross-referencing, but final responsibility lies
with the customer.


14. What if I order the wrong part?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for incorrect orders unless the mistake was on our
end. However, we will assist in finding a suitable solution.


15. Can I return a part if I no longer need it?
No, all sales are final. However, in the rare case of a manufacturer defect, we will assist with
a claim.


16. What if my part arrives damaged?

We have received many parts with no issues as a result of shipping. Our suppliers ship out
thousands of parts, every week, to customers around the world.
If shipping damage occurs, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the item with
photos. Compensation will be handled by the courier and insurance providers.
